    Allods FAQ How do I create a account? Simply follow these easy steps to help guide you through the Account creation process! Go to main BladeAllods site ( ) Click the "Register" icon at the top left hand corner of the page. Enter the appropriate credentials: Accountname, Password and Email. Verify captcha. Tap the "Register" button. Go to your mail, find a letter and confirm it. (In order to activate your account, please check your e-mail for the verification letter!). That's all, u can loggin in game. I never received the verification email message from Support. What should I do? If you do not receive the email message from support and you are running a Spam filter, check and make sure the message has not been filtered as spam. Please try adding "" to your contacts or trusted senders list within your email client and attempt to re-verify your email address. If you are still unable to receive the verification email, you will need to contact the Administration. Problems with payment Please write a detailed description of your issue to Administrator's\Moderator's forum PM. In order to investigate the issue we need additional information (please only submit if applicable): - Account - Payment method - Date and time of the payment (as accurate as possible) - Payment email address - Amount of the payment If you get an error message when using our payment methods, please take a screenshot that clearly shows the web address as well as the error message itself. Please note: The more information we have, the sooner we can help you. How to not get hacked? Select a Strong Password A strong password is a necessary first step toward ensuring the security of your account. Your password should meet all of the minimum requirements listed below: - Use at least 8 characters - Use a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters. - Include, at least, one number within the password - Do not use a name, a word that could be found in the dictionary, or a series of letters as it appears on the keyboard ("qwerty" and "12345" are not secure passwords) Use unique passwords Make sure you are using a different password for your account and your contact e-mail address. If you participate in any gaming forums, make sure that your username and password on these forum sites is different from your account name and password. Scan your computer Regularly scan your computer for viruses, keyloggers, spyware, and other malicious code with a virus scan utility that has the most recent virus definitions. Avoid insecure computers Avoid accessing your account from internet cafes or shared computers - if you must use an internet cafe or shared computer, make sure it has been scanned for viruses, trojans, and keyloggers. Always log out of your account on shared machines If the machine you use to access has multiple users, be sure to fully Exit (log out of) when you are done using the machine (if the "Remember Password" option is checked, another user may be able to access your account). Account banned? If you see a message, that your account is banned, upon entering the game, it means that your account has been compromised and temporarily blocked. Please, refer to the email that was sent to the email address, registered to your game account. Account is subject to ban for either of the three reasons: 1. A fact of violation of BladeAllods rules was reported (e.g., by another player) and confirmed by support service. 2. A fact of violation was detected automatically. 3. Temporary suspension is applied, while the investigation lasts. - A fact of violation of BladeAllods rules was reported and confirmed. Upon receiving a report, we conduct a thorough investigation of the cause. If the fact of violation is confirmed, the account is banned for a certain period of time. - Automatic software security system spotted a fact of violation. Automatic software security system in real time mode watches all active game accounts in terms of exploiting illegal software that takes advantage of any part of the game beyond design. The system then transfers collected information to support service for analyzing and taking measures. The system is free from bias, that is why false identification of violation is impossible. - Temporarily suspension for the time of investigation. The account is temporarily banned, if it is subject to any kind of investigation. For instance, if the account owner claimed that the account is compromised and/or hacked. Please, refer to Rules section. Please, refer to the Administrator's\Moderator's PM for ban durations. Be aware, that repetitive violations extend your ban durations, up to the permanent ban. Black textures? Please change the line ‘soft_hide=1’ to ‘soft_hide=0’ in the Personal/global.cfg file located in the game installation folder. You can edit the file with Notepad. Client crash? If you are facing the problem, please, perform the following steps: 1. Go to "Personal" sub-folder in your game folder and delete all *.cfg files. 2. Uninstall all addons. 3. Close as many programs that you have running, and which are not needed for the game, as you can. 4. Close all browser windows. If you are facing trouble closing other programs, please, follow these steps: 1. Log in as an administrator. 2. Press Win+R (WIN is a button with a Windows logo on it). 3. Type: "msconfig.exe". 4. In "System Configuration Utility" select General tab, then "Selected Startup" and remove check from "Load Startup Items". 5. In Services tab check "Hide all Microsoft services" and click "Disable all". 6. Click OK and restart your computer. After restart, run the game client and see if the error still appears. Update your video driver, audio driver and DirectX. If you don't have an audio driver installed, we strongly advise you to install it. If the problem persists, please, create a topic in game forum and describe the problem in detail. Other technical issues If you experience troubles with your client, such as: 1. Unable to start 2. Unable to patch 3. Unable to repair 4. Unable to download the content progressively 5. Crashes Or any other issues preventing you from playing Allods, please, create topic in the game forum. Deleted character You have erroneously deleted your character and you would like to restore it. It is possible! Login to your profile in the and tap the "Recovery removed characters" button. If u can't do this - contact the Administrations. Bug report If you came across any bug in the game (textures are failing, spells and abilities are cast incorrectly etc) or a mistake in item descriptions, quest dialogs etc, please, submit the bug to us. Provide a screenshot that clearly shows the bug and suggest a description of your preceding actions and the location of it in game. Indicate, why you consider the occurrence to be a bug. Report rule violation Are you aware of any game rule violation? Please, create a topic in game forum, and rest assured that the violator will face the consequences. Make sure to provide the following information: - violator's character name; - date and time of the violation; - description of the violation; - please, attach an unmodified screenshot or a video, depicting the violation. * * the video must be short and clearly showing the fact of violation; if the video contains several violations, the date and time of the fact, as well as the violator's character name must be indicated. Please note, that we accept only screenshots, made by means of game client (default button PrintScreen). The video may be hosted at any video hosting service that is convenient to you. Video quality must be high enough to make the violator's character name unambiguously readable. Bear in mind that the report must be sent in during three days after the violation take place. Otherwise it will be declined. You should also distinguish between an offensive statement and obscene language. An offensive statement is addressed at someone in particular. For instance, if a player sends an impersonal "Fool!" to game chat, this is not considered an offense, before it is clearly addresses another player. Complaints about offensive statements made in private chats will also be declined. In this case, please, use "Ignore" command in game (right-click the character name in chat and select "Add to ignore list" from drop down menu). The report will be declined, if: - any of the fields is not filled correctly; - the violator's character name is incorrect; - video quality is too low; - you failed to indicate the exact time and date of the fact of violation at your screenshot/video. Make sure to send in correct information. Please be aware that the BladeAllods rules must be carefully observed by both sides of the conflict. Can't take the ship building quest You can take the "Building an Astral Ship" quest starting from level 52. Please talk to Buzzing Family located at Rebel Refuge, Irdrich. Crafted items are always bound In order to create non-bound items, you need to acquire the crafting recipes by one of the following methods: 1) looting them from monsters 2) purchasing them via Auction or from other players 3) purchasing them from profession trainers Otherwise, all the items you create will be bound. Can't turn in relics for the Greatness quest Unfortunately, you cannot turn in relics from the older content updates (such as Tep, level 55). You should collect relics from the latest raid. "World Mysteries" quests and game issues In your quest log, in "World Mysteries" tab, you will find a list of non-player characters, that start first quest in chain. Completing a quest chain finishes a corresponding step of "World Mysteries". Your character might have one quest of a chain skipped.
